Initially we meet the clients, study their wants and needs, visit the site and collect all required information and materials to form a comprehensive brief.

After the brief is fully formed, and all floor plan documentation is completed, we engage in creating a project budget and a suggested timeline with our clients.

Here is where conceptual ideas meet functional requirements and observations, to form several floor plan configurations, alongside with initial design proposals.

Once the layout plans are finalized and the design concept is clear, they are transformed to a comprehensive set of documents including all plans and elevations required for tender and construction. 

We then can proceed to joinery design, production of joinery detailing and documentation; Ironwork design and details.

This is the fun part of proposal and selection of colors, materials, finishes, sanitary fittings & fixtures, lighting fixtures and decorative lighting. 

After creating full documentation of all selected items, we embed them in the work plans and elevations with clear instructions for installation.

The cherry on top of the full architecture and design service that we can provide. Here we source, schedule, quote and purchase along with our clients all loose furniture and decorative items required.

Custom pieces we create are designed and detailed for production.

During construction, we attend on-site meetings with the client and appointed building contractors and craftsmen, as required. We are available to answer requests for Information from appointed contractors throughout your build.
